We take great care during packing to ensure that the outer box is not dented or scratched. However, once handed over to the shipping carrier, there is a possibility of damage occurring during transit due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier responsibility.
Please understand that minor dents or scratches on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the product are considered acceptable.
