30-Day Return Policy
A 30-day return policy applies, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions regarding the shipping method and destination. Items shipped before requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged and Problematic Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and handle it appropriately.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special orders, personalized products, etc.), and hygiene products (beauty products, etc.). We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about specific items, please contact us.
We also regret to inform you that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide a reason. Similar to the standard policy, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.
Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
